(closing over 200 townhomes in Port St. Lucie, Florida); Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust Company closing residential purchase and sales and refinances; and, City National Bank including office condominium, construction loan financing and low income housing financing.  The Firm is a title insurance issuer, as to both commercial and residential properties.  The Firm has represented the City of Miami Beach in both real estate and litigation matters and through its affiliated title company, U.S. Fidelity Title Company and HSBC Land Title Agency (Florida), LLC, has issued title insurance policies throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County, Florida.
